At City Council on 12/5, CCOB Attorney Tuthill and CCOB Manager Ozaki announced:

– Wildgrass Homeowners Association withdrew its protest on lack of proper notice by Extraction as Extraction agreed to proper notice procedures
– Lowell South spacing unit applications will be on the consent agenda of the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (COGCC) on Dec. 11 and 12
– Crestone filled a court appeal of the COGCC’s ruling in favor of Extraction at the hearing on Oct. 31
– Crestone’s spacing unit applications that CCOB has protested will be on the Jan. 22 & 23 docket
– CCOB Dec. 19 meeting will be a study session on oil and gas (first of new Council)
– Extraction is likely to file its Form 2 and 2A applications with the COGCC by Dec. 15 (which could mean March 19 & 20 COGCC hearings)
