Upcoming Procedural Timeline Related to Fracking in Broomfield

Over the next few months, many local and state proceedings will be held which will greatly impact the future of oil and gas development in Broomfield.  Here is a chart containing the highlights of what is known at this time:

1 Spacing Unit for Crestone Sited in Northeast Broomfield

–   City has protested, east of I-25, approx 1 mile north of E. 168th Ave, and 1/4 mile west of County Road 11

4 Spacing Units Sited Just North of Broomfield

–    Spacing Unit for 8 North LLC (Extraction subsidiary) just northwest of Anthem Ranch

–    Spacing Unit for Extraction just north of Anthem Highlands

–    Spacing Unit for Extraction northeast of Anthem Highlands

–    Wellbore spacing for Kerr McGee northeast of Anthem Highlands
